As always, an excellent stay. The room is large, well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. The request for a room with a fridge for my wife’s medicine was met without difficulty as it has always previously been. The staff at Reception are extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Sami who always looks after us so well. We were very pleased to note that both the service in the restaurant and the choice and quality of food on offer has improved immensely on most recent years. We have been coming to this hotel for many years now, and will certainly return in the future.

This was a modern, well maintained (quite new) hotel. It was easy to find and there was sufficient parking available. Inside it had large communal spaces and, whilst it was busy, did not feel overcrowded. The hotel staff at reception and behind the bar were helpful. Food was reasonable although expensive - probably due to the location and convenience for the Eurotunnel, which is very easily accessed from this hotel. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We travelled with a small dog and the hotel was accommodating and supportive - there were several dogs present.

This is a really nice and relaxed hotel. The staff are very accommodating, professional and very friendly, the facilities onsite are perfect, the restaurant/breakfast buffet and bar are also very efficient and well maintained. We were travelling with a small baby who just learned to walk so staying in a hotel that has lots of green areas and is pet friendly meant he was happy to be outside watching dogs and the brood of chickens that roam the green near the hotel. The hotel made sure that everything required for a baby was in our room already or was available in the common areas. We liked it so much that we booked it again for our return trip and we would have no hesitation booking again in the future.

The reception staff were exceptionally pleasant and professional, providing us with a warm and welcoming arrival. Due to a change in our plans, we had to depart during the early hours. The lovely lady at Reception kindly prepared a coffee for us to take away, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Thank you for the outstanding service.

We chose this property as it was close to the channel crossing and it had a swimming pool. The restaurant was fantastic quality food and fairly priced. The bed was very comfortable, we had be travelling round France and stayed in many hotels, and this was first hotel we found that had perfect pillows, not to high or low. The breakfast was equally delicious and they served real croissants and pain au chocolates. You’d think every French hotel would do that but actually majority serve out of the packet long life pastry. Staff are all very friendly and speak perfect English. We will certainly be back next time we are travelling back from France to UK.
